Motion 2011/12-09 Motion to Update to the SC Guidelines re: Unresponsive State Coordinators	01 January 2012 With all 14 members voting, motion 2011/12-09 has passed. Those voting to approve the motion: Alice Allen, Ann Geoghegan, Bill Oliver, Cyndie Enfinger, Denise Wells, Jeff Kemp, Larry Flesher, Les Shockey, Linda Lewis, Nancy Beach, Nancy Janyszeski, Pat Asher, Pauli Smith and Tina Vickery. Announcement: AB in Executive Session to Discuss EC Slate of Volunteers	04 January 2012 The Election Committee has submitted a slate of volunteers to fill open seats on that committee.  The Advisory is now in Executive Session to discuss the Election Committee's submitted slate of volunteers.
