Motion 2011/12-10 Amend Standard Rule X, Sections 4 & 5, Fraudulent Registration Procedures	2 February 2012 Moved by Pat Asher and seconded by Anne Allen Geoghegan and dated 1 February 2012, the motion reads:  " I move that Standard Rule X. FRAUDULENT REGISTRATION PROCEDURES. (Adopted February 10, 2007) Sections 4 and 5, be amended to read as follows: Section 4. Based on discussion of the findings, the AB shall determine by vote whether the individual(s) shall be removed from the Registered Voter List, and whether any additional sanctions should be imposed on the individual(s), up to and including expulsion from the Project. Section 5. The NC shall advise all involved parties of the AB's determination via e-mail, with a copy to the Board-Exec mailing list.  Said parties shall include those State and/or Special Project Coordinators whose Project Membership may be affected by the AB determination. Is there any discussion on this motion?  If not, please so indicate by responding "No discussion". "The Grievance Committee has received no new grievances during the 4th quarter of 2011." John Quigley 16 February 2012 Moved by Les Shockey and seconded by Larry Flesher and dated 15 February 2012, the motion reads: " I move that the 4th Quarter GC Committee report be approved, as submitted, by general consent."
