| Disciplinary Hearing (Daryl Lytton) |
3 June 2011 The AB, sitting as members of a Disciplinary Hearing to consider charges brought against Daryl Lytton, has entered the Evidentiary Phase of the hearing process. The process that the AB will follow is recorded at http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/read/BOARD/2011-06/1307114103 16 June 2011 Having been notified of the serious health issues now affecting Mr. Lytton, the respondent in the current disciplinary hearing, the hearing chair declares the hearing in recess until further notice since Mr. Lytton is now unable to participate in the proceedings. 30 June 2011 1. 19 June 2011 Moved by Denise Wells and seconded by Pauli Smith and dated 18 June 2011, the motion reads "I hereby move that the disciplinary hearing of Daryl Lytton resume for consideration of Charge #1 and a vote be taken as previously requested by Mr. Lytton. I also move that the evidence for Charges #2 through #8 be placed on the record as currently submitted." The floor is open for discussion. If you have no discussion, please indicate so by responding "no discussion". 4 June 2011 I have been unsubscribed from the Election Committee’s mail list until after the National election period is completed as is required by the EC Procedures. This is a reminder - The USGenWeb Election Committee are now accepting nominations for: National Coordinator Representative at Large Special Projects Representative NorthEast/North Central State Coordinator Representative NorthEast/North Central County Coordinator Representative NorthWest/Plains State Coordinator Representative (1 year Replacement) NorthWest/Plains County Coordinator Representative South East/Mid-Atlantic County Coordinator Representative SouthWest/South Central County Coordinator Representative The nominations will close midnight June 15th.
