| June 2009 Minutes |
29 Jul 2009 by the NC The June, 2009 Minutes have been posted for review to the national website at: http://usgenweb.org/business/AB-06-2009.shtml If there is no objection or corrections the minutes will stand approved July 31, 2009, 6:00 p.m. CST 30 Jul 2009 by Sherri Bradley Corrections for the June minutes: The top 'box' on the left (says links to minutes) says May 2009 instead of June 2009. Under Motion 2008/09-19, those voting says N/A, but "Those not voting" says Jason Mendenhall. Under motion 2008/2009-20, Jason's name is not listed as having voted 'yes'. I believe the "those not voting" that is showing up under motion 2008/09-19 actually should be tied to motion 2008/09-20. 30 Jul 2009 by the NC Thank you Sherri. I will have Jeff and Linda look into it and make the necessary corrections. 30 Jul 2009 by the NC Having had the corrections made to the June minutes, the June minutes are approved and are available at http://usgenweb.org/business/AB-06-2009.shtml |

| MOTION 2009/09-22 COMMENDATION - DISCUSS ADMINISTRATORS |
23 Jul 2009 By Phyllis Rippee, 2nd Concetta Franco Phillipps "All too often volunteers who serve in special positions go unthanked for their efforts to provide a necessary service for the Project members. I think that it is time that the AB started thanking these volunteers for their service, therefore..... I move that the AB, by general consent, extend a very special THANK YOU to Alice Allen and Betsy Mills for their excellent and fair administration of the Discuss List and commend them for their efforts to keep the discussions there respectful. 26 Jul 2009 by the NC By requirement of general consent, having heard no objection from the vast majority of the Advisory Board members, this Motion has passed. My thanks are added to Alice Allen and Betsy Mills for their work as Discuss Administrators. Thank you both for a hard job very well done. |
