Motion 2011/12-08 Motion to close Agenda Item Relating to Harassment and Stalking	13 November 2011 Moved by Larry Flesher and seconded by Les Shockey and dated 13 November 2011, the motion reads: " I move that the agenda item relating to harassment and/or stalking be deleted from the agenda with no further action required." Is there any discussion on this item?  If not, please so indicate by responding "No discussion". MOTION 2011/12-07 Motion to Approve the Election Committee Slate	19 November 2011 Motion 2011/12-04 Appointment of the Advisory Board's Representative to the Election Committee is correct. MOTION 2011/12-05 Approve the Election Committee Slate -- the minutes reflect "the following people have been appointed . . .", but there are no individuals listed.  I believe standard practice should include those appointed to be listed in the Board minutes.  There is also this entry for this motion on September 27th in the minutes, "27 Sept 2011 -By the requirements of general consent, having heard no objections, this agenda item is tabled temporarily."  I know we all tabled something, but as this Motion passed by General Consent, I am fairly certain that entry doesn't apply to Motion 2011/12-5. Motion 2011/12-07: Approve the Grievance Committee Slate for the 2011-2012 Term.  This entry shows the AB Rep to the EC motion and needs to be corrected.  I will say again, when this is corrected it would be terrific if those appointed were listed in the minutes.
