Approval of Minutes	December 16 The minutes of the November 2010 Advisory Board session have been posted at http://usgenweb.org/business/AB-11-2010.shtml for review. If there are no corrections or objections, they will stand as approved on 19 December 2010 at 6:30 p.m. EST. December 23 Having heard no corrections, the minutes stand as approved. MOTION 2010-11-08 Update Internal Section Identifiers in Project Documents	December 28 Moved by Pat Asher and seconded by Larry Flesher and dated 28 December 2010, the motion reads: "I move we authorize by general consent:   a review by the Webmaster of all Project documents on the national web site and that the Webmaster be further authorized to update all internal references to other sections of those documents to reflect the Outline Format section identifiers adopted 20 Dec 2009, Board Motion 2009/10-11.   This motion includes, but is not limited to, the following updates:  Standard Rules Section V.C.b. Review incoming grievances to determine compliance with Sections 5B and 5C ... The updated reference should read: ...compliance with Sections V.E.2. and V.E.3. Standard Rules Section V.E.4. Upon receiving the initial complaint, the Grievance Coordinator will assign it a number, and appoint one of the permanent committee members to review the complaint to determine whether it meets the requirements outlined in subsection C of this Section. The updated reference should read: .. outlined in sections V.E.2. and V.E.3. Standard Rules Section V.E.4. ... If the reason that the grievance was not accepted was due to the initial complaint not fulfilling the requirements of subsection C of this Section, ... Announcements: Adjournment for the Christmas Holiday	December 23 I want to take this time to wish each of you a very Merry Christmas, from our house to yours. May each of you spend this special time with friends and family and always remember the reason for the season. With that said, can I hear a motion that we adjourn until Dec 27th for the holiday?  Sherri Bradley December 24 Presented by Tina Vickery and seconded by Les Shockey and dated 24 December 2010, the motion reads: "I move to recess for the Christmas holiday until December 27, 2010. I make this motion by general consent."  Are there any objections to this motion? December 25 Having heard from the majority of the board members with 'no objection' responses, the December meeting is recessed until 27 December 2010. December 27 With this note the AB meeting, recessed for the Christmas holiday, is back in session.  Sherri Bradley National Coordinator
Adjournment	December 31 The December 2010 meeting of the Advisory Board is adjourned. We will reconvene on 2 January 2011.
