Step 2 - Check name and email data first.

1. You can register to vote at Box "G". Be sure to click that box if you want to vote in elections!
2. If you do *not* wish to receive the USGW Newsletter, click on Box "H". If you *do* want to receive the newsletter, be sure to set your spam filter to accept: (since we don't know what your spam filter accepts, you may have to try more than one of the following)

3. If you make changes on this page, click on the "Update Record" button at the bottom. If the information is correct, click on the "Info OK" button.

C. Middle name
D. If a different name or names are used on some of the USGenWeb pages, enter it (them) in one of these spaces
E. Primary email
F. Please enter any alternate e-mail addresses used on your web sites
G. To register to vote, click on the box
H. If you do not want us to send the newsletter, check the box.
