The USGenWeb Project has filed an application to obtain the Service Marks, "The USGenWeb Project" and "USGenWeb." The project known as "The USGenWeb Census Project" had filed an application for that Service Mark that predated our filing. Below is a copy (2 pages) of the agreement entered into with "The USGenWeb Census Project" concerning our filing.
